All new users are required to create or log into Roo Shop account prior to making their order. North Melbourne Football Club members will be recognised and will receive a 10% discount on each item in their order. All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order. This will be a separate account to your membership account, however you will have to use the same email for the website to recognise you as an NMFC member. Please follow the below steps to create your new the Roo Shop account:
- Click 'Sign in' in the top navigation and then 'Register'.
- Complete your details
- Provide the same email address registered with your membership account if you are a member. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427).
- Your Roo Shop password can be the same or different from your membership account.
- Click 'Create Account'.
If you have just created an account, it may take some time for your membership discount to apply. Log out and refresh the page. If the discount does still not apply, please check that your email is correct. To re-enter your details, follow the below steps:
- Sign into your Roo Shop account.
- Click 'Account' in the navigation menu.
- Click 'Account Settings'.
- Re-enter your email address, ensuring it matches your North Melbourne Football Club membership account.
- Click 'Update Details'.
To be eligible for your member discount, your membership payments must be up to date. If you are behind in your payments or have not renewed your membership, please login to your membership account at membership.nmfc.com.au or call the Membership Department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427). Alternatively, you can email membership@nmfc.com.au to resolve the issue. If you have any further issues, please contact the Roo Shop on (03) 9320 2480.

In 2026, eligible members receive a $30 Roo Shop voucher. This can be used for a 2026 Members scarf, cap, or applied to most other items at the Roo Shop.
Your voucher code was sent by email with the name '2026 Member Voucher'. If you need it again, please contact our membership team by email or phone, and they’ll be happy to provide it.
Redeem your 2026 scarf, cap, or other items by adding the items to your cart, adding your voucher code to the "Promo Code/Gift Certificate" box and clicking "Apply".
You can also collect scarves and caps at our Arden Street Facility and home games by presenting your voucher code.
Enter your code in the "Promo Code/Gift Certificate" box at checkout and click "Apply." Make sure your code meets the minimum $30 order subtotal requirement, or a message will let you know.
No, only one voucher code can be used per transaction. If you'd like another item then you'll need to make another transaction. Don't stress, every member item redeemed comes with free standard shipping.
