The Roo Shop is happy to receive returns for change of mind within 90 days of purchase. We only offer store credit or refund for any returned item/s we receive, allowing you to place a new order online for the correct item you are after.
In order for us to process store credit or refund for your return, we require the following information (faulty items are exempt from the below);
- Proof of purchase, order number and tracking number for returned parcel.
- The goods have not been worn/used and the tags are still attached; and
- Goods are purchased at full price. If you are returning sale items or items bought during a promotional period - we can issue a store credit for the amount you paid for the item, at the time of order.
- Customer contact information.

Please note that in the case of items being sent, postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure you include a note of what you would like either a refund or store credit, your order number and your full name. Once you have sent off your parcel to us, please email email@example.com with your tracking number so we can track your parcel and assist where necessary. We cannot process a return without this information.
The Roo Shop cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit. Store credit does not expire but you must have an account with the Roo Shop to receive this. If opting for a refund, the value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method used.
