In 2025, eligible members receive a $30 Roo Shop voucher. This can be used for a 2025 Members scarf, cap, or applied to most other items at the Roo Shop.
Your voucher code was sent by email with the name '2025 Member Voucher'. If you need it again, please contact our membership team by email or phone, and they’ll be happy to provide it.
Redeem your 2025 scarf, cap, or other items by adding the items to your cart, adding your voucher code to the "Promo Code/Gift Certificate" box and clicking "Apply".
You can also collect scarves and caps at our Arden Street Facility and home games by presenting your voucher code.
Enter your code in the "Promo Code/Gift Certificate" box at checkout and click "Apply." Make sure your code meets the minimum $30 order subtotal requirement, or a message will let you know.
No, only one voucher code can be used per transaction. If you'd like another item then you'll need to make another transaction. Don't stress, every member item redeemed comes with free standard shipping.
No, vouchers are a one-time use of $30, and the full amount must be applied to a purchase of $30 or more. Unused balances do not carry over.
Yes, you can use multiple vouchers on the same Roo Shop account, but they must be used in separate orders.
No, standard shipping is free when redeeming membership items. All other items however will incur shipping costs.
