MEMBERSHIP  VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This voucher is valid for use online at https://shop.nmfc.com.au/ and in store at 204-206 Arden St, North Melbourne 3051. 
  • Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with other valid voucher codes in a single transaction. No exceptions.
  • Purchases exceeding the coupon code’s available balance require the difference to be paid by debit or credit card.
  • Coupon codes will be void and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date (3 years).
  • This coupon code is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase further vouchers from The Roo Shop.
  • Any unused balance or credit remaining on the gift voucher can be redeemed with future orders.
  • The Roo Shop is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  • Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  • Use of this coupon code constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

What do I get with my 2022 North Melbourne Football Club membership?
In 2022, Members receive a Roo Shop voucher valued at either $30 or $50, depending on your membership package. This voucher can be used to purchase a 2022 Members scarf or any products available at the Roo Shop.

How do I get the member voucher code?
Every member has been sent a Member choice voucher via email. This email was sent in March of 2022. Please check your inbox, or the inbox of the account holder.

How do I collect my 2022 Members scarf?
You can purchase the 2022 Membership scarf through the Roo Shop website using your members choice voucher. This item can be found under the ‘Member Exclusives’ product category at the top of the Roo Shop homepage.
Members scarfs are also available for collection at both the club, and at home games at Marvel Stadium and Blundstone Arena.
To collect the scarf, you must present your unique voucher.

How do I apply my voucher code to an order on the Roo Shop website?
You will need to do this once at the checkout page of the Roo Shop.

  • You will need to enter your code Under Promo Code / Gift Vouchers which is in the 'Order Summary' panel on the checkout page.
  • Once you have entered your code into the box, select ‘apply’. Please ensure you are entering your code correctly.
  • Once ‘apply’ is selected, the discount will be applied to the items within your order.
  • Your voucher value will come off the total order amount, after applying your 10% membership discount.

Can I use multiple vouchers at once?
Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other valid coupon codes in a single transaction. No exceptions.

I have $20 left to spend with my voucher, can I put this toward something else at the Roo Shop?
Yes.Any unused balance or credit remaining on the gift voucher can be redeemed with future orders.

Do I need to create multiple individual accounts in order to use each voucher?
No. If you have multiple vouchers, you are not required to create multiple accounts to use them. Vouchers can be used on the same Roo Shop account. They just cannot be used in the same orders.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Free Shipping will be applied to your order.

I am a current member of North Melbourne Football Club. How do I receive my 10% discount on Merchandise?
All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order. This will be a separate account to your membership account, however you will have to use the same email for the website to recognise you as an NMFC member. Please follow the below steps to create your new the Roo Shop account:

  1. Click on Register in the top menu.
  2. Provide the same email address registered with your membership account if you are a member. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427).
  3. Create your Roo Shop password. This can be the same or different from your membership password.
  4. Reconfirm your new password for the Roo Shop.
  5. Fill out your personal details.
  6. Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy.
  7. Prove you are not a robot.
  8. Click “Create Account”.

Do I receive my members discount on top of the voucher?
Yes. If you have followed the steps above and have logged in correctly, a 10% discount will also be applied to the items in your order.


I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?
If you have just created an account, it may take some time for your membership discount to apply. Log out and refresh the page. If the discount does still not apply, please check that your email is correct. To re-enter your details, follow the below steps:

  • Sign into your Roo Shop account.
  • Click Account in the top right corner.
  • Click Account Settings.
  • Re-enter your email address linked to your North Melbourne Football Club membership account.
  • Click Update Details.

To be eligible for your member discount, your membership payments must be up to date. If you are behind in your payments or have not renewed your membership, please login to your membership account at https://membership.nmfc.com.au or call the Membership Department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427). Alternatively, you can email  membership@nmfc.com.au to resolve the issue.

I have forgotten my password, can I reset?
If you have forgotten your password, please click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link below the login or click here. Once you receive the email, there will be a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427) or email membership@nmfc.com.au to update your details.

I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?
To receive a 10% discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this, please contact the membership department on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427) or email membership@nmfc.com.au.
